To request an enrollment verification letter, please complete this request form, which can also be found on GEN-101 on your learning management system (Canvas or Course Platform). Enrollment verification letters can be used if you need to confirm your enrollment at Relay, such as for salary increases, rental applications, loan deferments, etc.
- Canvas: To locate GEN-101 on Canvas, log in to Canvas and click “Courses” at the far left. Then, click on GEN-101. Click “Request an Enrollment Verification letter” under “Registrar Forms & Resources.”
- Course Platform: To locate GEN-101 on the CP, log in to the CP, click "Modules" at the top of the page, and type "GEN" into the search bar. The GEN-101 module should appear. Find the request form under the Registrar Self-Service tab.
