Your application is complete only after we receive your official transcript demonstrating that you earned an undergraduate degree. Once you have submitted your application, you can visit your Admissions Checklist via this portal regularly to ensure your application has been received.
To Submit Electronic Transcripts: Relay accepts electronic and hard copy transcripts. Electronic transcripts must meet all the following criteria: be sent via a third-party website to firstname.lastname@example.org with instructions for accessing the transcript via a secure username and password, be certified official by a third-party agency, and be for a US-based institution.
To Submit Hard Copy Transcripts: Hard copy transcripts must arrive in a sealed, unopened institutional envelope, addressed to: Relay Graduate School of Education, Office of Admissions and Enrollment, 40 West 20th Street, Floor 7, New York, NY 10011. If you already have sealed, hard copy official transcripts in your possession, you may place the sealed transcripts in an envelope and mail that envelope to the address above OR hand deliver those sealed transcripts to our office. Our office is open 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.
