Students are required to secure and maintain an instructional position at a school that complies with the admissions criteria for their program.
If your employment situation changes in any way during your enrollment at Relay, you must notify Relay within one business day by sending an email to email@example.com and to your campus dean and/or faculty advisor.
Subject and/or Grade Level Changes
The subject and grade level of your instructional positions must match your Relay program of study (major) and, when required by Relay and/or the state of their Relay campus, your certification pathway. If you change your instructional position, it is your responsibility to inform Relay within one business day by submitting a student update form immediately and notifying your campus dean and/or faculty advisor.
P-12 Student Cohort Change
You must make every reasonable effort to work with a consistent group of students throughout the academic year. If changes to your group of students occur during the year, it is you responsibility to inform Relay within one business day by sending an email to your campus dean and/or faculty advisor.
