Relay offers the opportunity for students to transfer across Relay campuses and/or programs. In order for students to be eligible to transfer campuses and/or programs, they must have been in good academic standing at the end of their last term of enrollment at Relay. All campus transfer requests must receive approval from both students’ current campus Dean’s Offices and their future campus Dean’s Offices and be approved by SFS.
Students who wish to submit a campus and/or program transfer request must submit a completed transfer request application two months prior to the start of the requested reentrance term and no later than the requested transfer term census date. Transfer applications will be evaluated based on students’ statements submitted in the applications, current placement schools, outstanding financial balances (if relevant), academic standing status at the end of their last term of enrollment at Relay, and any state-specific requirements related to the students’ programs. Applications are reviewed by a combination of the Office of OAE, Registrar’s Office, SFS, and the campus Dean’s Office. Campus and/or program transfers are not guaranteed.
