To access the Relay AmeriCorps Application, please select the tile called “My Checklists” from your student home page. The first time you use the tile to access checklists, you will have to enter your email and password – this is the email and password you used to create your admissions account.
If you don’t remember your password, you’ll need to reset it before you can access the forms on the checklists or set up your My Checklists tile. Please access this link, click “Forgot your password?” link, and follow the instructions.
You will need to complete the AmeriCorps Application and submit the required IDs.
