If selected to enroll, Relay will send you a Member Service Agreement through DocuSign to review and sign. This will be your final required action item prior to enrollment. After submission of Member Service Agreement, Relay's AmeriCorps Team will officially enroll you and send out email communication notifying you of final enrollment confirmation. If you are not enrolled in Relay AmeriCorps, you will also receive a final status notification encouraging you to contact Student Financial Services at 212-228-1888 ext. 3 (or email support@relay.edu) to learn about alternative funding options.
