Instructions for accessing previously taken ACT, SAT, Praxis Core, and GRE score reports are below. Before taking the steps to access a score report, please make sure that it meets the basic skills requirement for admissions in your Relay program (see the article - “Which exams meet the basic skills requirement for admissions in my Relay program?”).
If you plan to submit unofficial test records, please make sure they follow the acceptable standards outlined in this Support Center article - “What are considered acceptable unofficial records for the basic skills requirement?”
Accessing ACT Scores
The below directions apply to individuals who took the ACT in spring 2008 or later. If you took the ACT earlier than spring 2008, you will have to order and pay for your score report from the vendor.
NOTE: If you already have a score report (official or unofficial) in your personal records, you can upload that report to meet the basic skills requirement. You may have already submitted these scores to another program (e.g., TFA), so we recommend searching your email prior to completing the steps below if this applies to you. Even if your scores were submitted elsewhere, you must still provide them to Relay.
If you took the ACT in spring 2008 or after, your score report is on the ACT’s website.
- Go to: https://services.actstudent.org/OA_HTML/actibeCAcdLogin.jsp and enter your username and password. Forgot your username or password? Use the “forgot username or password” links under the Sign In button or contact ACT for additional support.
- Save your score report as a PDF. Click your score report and go to “Printer-Friendly Version”. Select “print” on your browser and choose “Save as PDF” as your printer option.
- Submit to Relay via the application portal.
If you forgot (or don’t have access to) the email address you used when creating your ACT account, you will not be able to retrieve your username and/or password without calling ACT. In this case, if you have access to a different score report (SAT, GRE, or Praxis Core), we recommend using that report. If you do not have access to a different report, you should call ACT.
Accessing SAT Scores
The below directions apply to individuals who took the SAT after March 2003. If you took the SAT earlier than March 2003, you will have to order and pay for your score report from CollegeBoard.
