Students are welcome to change or cancel their payment plans by logging into their Nelnet account and making the necessary changes.
Please log into your Okta portal:
- Click on Minerva
- Click on Finance
- Click the Pay Using Nelnet URL
- Verify your information if you have not done so already

Steps to change a payment date
Begin by clicking View Details on the home page. Next, select Change Payment Date by the due date to be adjusted. Only one payment date may be changed at a time.
Steps to Cancel your Payment Plan
Select Cancel Payment Plan from the Actions drop-down list on the home page.
Click Cancel Payment Plan to complete the change.
