For enrolled students, most platforms and applications you’ll use at Relay can be accessed through the Okta platform at http://relay1.okta.com.
If you’ve forgotten your password, please click the “Trouble Logging In?” link on the sign-in page and follow the prompts.
If you’re logged in and would like to change your Okta password, follow these directions.
For Relay email
For currently-enrolled students, see these directions for your password for you Relay-issued email via Office 365:
- To recover your forgotten password, see Password Recovery. If you run into trouble, email firstname.lastname@example.org. Password recovery or reset is usually instantaneous but it can take up to 40 minutes. The reset directions will be sent to your personal email.
