When students do not comply with requirements necessary for their enrollment at Relay, student services teams will place student accounts on a hold. Holds can be placed on students’ abilities to register for classes, obtain a transcript, receive diplomas, and/or access online coursework. Failure to resolve a hold by a given deadline may result in administrative withdrawal. A description of each hold can be found in the table below.
