There are several steps you will need to complete in order to be officially exited. The AmeriCorps Team will send out communication outlining these steps and requested due dates.
These action items include:
- Submitting student growth data to the Relay AmeriCorps Team
- Completing an Exit Form in your MyAmeriCorps portal
- Signing an End of Year Evaluation in DocuSign
- Completing a briefRelay Member Experience Survey
- Any other item required by your specific state (ex: a member survey)
