Disclaimer
This Student Handbook is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute a contract between Relay Graduate School of Education and any student or create contractual rights or obligations.
This Student Handbook reflects Relay's policies and procedures as of the date of publication. Although Relay strives to ensure the accuracy of the information in the Relay Graduate School of Education Student Handbook, students and others who use the Student Handbook should note that laws, rules, and policies change from time to time and that these changes may alter the information contained in this publication. Changes may come in the form of government statutes, rules, and policies adopted by the Board of Trustees of Relay Graduate School of Education, or by the President or designee. More current or complete information may be obtained from the appropriate department, school, or administrative office.
Accordingly, Relay reserves the right to change, modify, supplement, or eliminate any information, policies, procedures, or requirements in this Student Handbook at any time, with or without notice, as circumstances may require. Notice of changes is not required and may not be provided.
The Student Handbook is updated regularly. Students are subject to the provisions of the most recently published Student Handbook and are responsible for reviewing the Student Handbook at the beginning of each term. Again, Relay is not obligated to provide advance notice of changes to this Student Handbook, though it may choose to do so at its sole discretion.
All changes to this Student Handbook take effect immediately upon publication unless otherwise specified. Students enrolled at the time of a change are subject to the revised policies and requirements, regardless of when they initially enrolled or what policies were in effect at that time. When feasible, Relay considers the impact on currently enrolled students when making changes to degree programs, but reserves the right to implement changes that it determines are necessary or appropriate, even if such changes affect current students' degree requirements, progression, or academic standing.
If any provision of this disclaimer is found to be unenforceable, all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
