Applicants are required to submit official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended (even where a degree was not earned).
Relay can accept the following types of official transcript submissions:

Bachelor’s Degree Transcript Requirements |

Applicants must submit an official transcript that demonstrates that they have earned their bachelor’s degree in order to be admitted to Relay. |

Conditional Admissions |
||
Applicants who were enrolled in coursework at their bachelor’s degree-granting institution during the spring or summer terms of 2023 who have submitted an official transcript showing coursework in progress from the spring or summer terms of 2023, who cannot yet furnish an official transcript demonstrating that they have earned their bachelor’s degree at the time of admission may be conditionally admitted to Relay.

Note: An applicant conditionally admitted with their official bachelor’s degree transcript outstanding (Conditionally admitted due to Outstanding Bachelor’s Degree), must submit an official transcript demonstrating that they have earned their bachelor’s degree by August 1, 2023 to become fully enrolled at Relay. Please note that a student who has been conditionally admitted and who fails to submit their transcript by the deadlines stated below may be administratively withdrawn from Relay. |

Applicants for the Texas Educator Preparation Program: Applicants who are submitting a transcript from a non-U.S. institution must demonstrate English language proficiency skills by submitting an official TOEFL iBT exam score report demonstrating scores of at least 24 for speaking, 22 for listening, and 22 for reading, and 21 for writing.
- Applicants submitting a transcript from a non-U.S. institution who also have an undergraduate or graduate degree earned at an institution of higher education in the United States or a country listed in Figure:19 TAC §230.11(b)(5)(C) do not need to submit TOEFL-iBT scores.
