Relay Graduate School of Education has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications. Third parties may verify that the degrees and attendance claims of a candidate are true and identify potential discrepancies. This can be used for purposes such as employment, salary increases, rental applications, and loan deferments. 

The National Student Clearinghouse can be contacted here. Navigate to the “Degrees & Attendance” section and select Verify Now (a Clearinghouse fee of $19.95 and a Relay fee of $5.00 will apply). Please note, a signed authorization release from the applicant may be required. 

Most requests are automated. However, in cases where the Clearinghouse cannot automatically confirm degree information, please allow up to three (3) business days for verification requests to be fulfilled. During summer term months (June - August), and holiday breaks (Thanksgiving and Christmas), verifications will take longer and may take up to two (2) weeks to fulfill verification requests.
