Students with any holds on their account must resolve their hold before receiving their eDiploma or physical diploma (unless otherwise specified by state or local regulations). However, students can still request an unofficial transcript and/or an enrollment verification letter. Instructions to check your outstanding balance can be found here.
The Registrar’s Office orders diplomas on a monthly basis for students after they receive their program completion emails and complete the associated address verification form. If you have not received a diploma within 6 weeks of completing your diploma request/address verification form, please follow up with us via [email protected].
