As part of our commitment to supporting your well‑being and academic success, all students now have free, unlimited access to the Inner Peak mental wellness platform.

Inner Peak was created by mental health experts from Harvard, Stanford, and Columbia, and is designed specifically for students and educators. Its goal is to help you build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and access support whenever you need it.

What Inner Peak Offers

Inner Peak provides a range of tools to help you care for your mental health, including:

  • 24/7 personalized support for challenges you may be facing

  • Daily activities to build resilience and healthy coping strategies

  • Interactive journaling to help you reflect and grow

  • Guidance from real therapists, tailored to your needs

How to Access Your Account

On October 1, you received an email from the Inner Peak team. This message will include:

  • A verification link to confirm your email address

  • Instructions for logging in

  • Your username and a temporary password

If You Don’t See the Email

To make sure you don’t miss it:

  • Search your inbox for “Inner Peak” or “innerpeak.ai”
