Please log into your Student portal:

• Click on Minerva (All incoming students will Click on the Nelnet tile and skip the next two steps) 
• Click on Finance
• Click the Pay Using Nelnet URL
• Verify your information if you have not done so already
• Under the active term, click Set up a Payment Plan and follow the instructions to enroll

Each term you enroll in a payment plan, there will be a $45 enrollment fee added to your account. This means, if you enroll in a Summer and Fall term payment plan, that is a total of $90 for enrollment fees, not including the outstanding balance student will be covering during the plan.

Payment plans are available once a student receives their financial billing notification. Students who enroll in a payment plan must be sure to add their current bank information as the payment plan will automatically deduct the installment payment amount on the date the student selects. If payment is not successful after two attempts, the plan will be terminated for the active term and not available for the rest of the term. 

• If you are paying your installments with a credit or debit card, there will be a 2.85% transaction fee added. Payments made by bank account will not have a transaction fee added.

Student Financial Services encourages students to reach out if they are unable to make a payment plan installment at least 4 days in advance to ensure we are able to best support you.

Cada término que se inscriba en un plan de pago, se agregará una tarifa de inscripción de $45 a la cuenta. Esto significa que, si se inscribe en un plan de pago a término de verano y otoño, eso es un total de $90 para cuotas de inscripción, sin incluir el saldo pendiente que el estudiante cubrirá durante el plan.

Los planes de pago están disponibles una vez que el estudiante recibe su notificación de facturación financiera. Los estudiantes que se inscriban en un plan de pago deben asegurarse de agregar su información bancaria actual, ya que el plan de pago deducirá automáticamente el monto del pago a plazos en la fecha seleccionada por el estudiante. Si un pago no tiene éxito después de dos intentos, el plan se cancelará por el término activo y no estará disponible por el resto del término.

• Si está pagando sus cuotas con una tarjeta de crédito o débito, se agregará una tarifa de transacción del 2.85%. Los pagos realizados por cuenta bancaria no tendrán una comisión por transacción añadida.

Student Financial Services alienta a los estudiantes a comunicarse si no pueden hacer una cuota del plan de pago con al menos 4 días de anticipación para garantizar que podamos brindarle el mejor apoyo.
