Applicants and enrolled students should follow the below steps to access admissions, enrollment, and post-admissions checklists and other required forms (e.g., School Authorization and Instructional Role Confirmation Form).

ACCESSING YOUR CHECKLISTS

Instructions for ApplicantsAccess your Checklists by continuing to log in to your Relay account at https://apply.relay.edu/apply/status. Login with the same email and password you established for the admissions process.
Relay defines applicants as a student who has started or submitted their application but has not yet received and accepted an offer of admission. |

Step 2 |
Instructions for Enrolled StudentsAbout one hour after e‐signing your enrollment agreement, you will receive an email providing you with a link to activate your Azure account. |

Step 3 |
From your Home Page, find and select the “My Checklists” button. The first time you access “My Checklists” you will need to enter your new username (your student email address) and the original password from your Relay admissions account to store the information. Moving forward you will be able to access your checklists by simply selecting this button! |
UPLOADING MATERIALS

See the requirements you need to submit by referencing the “Student Tasks” and/or “Certification Checklist” sections on your Checklists page.
For students enrolled prior to Summer 2022, on your Certification Checklist, you should see requirements broken up by “Milestones” with due dates for each set of milestone items. |

Step 2 |
To submit a requirement, click on the hyperlinked requirement name. Once you’re in the form, enter and/or upload evidence of meeting the requirement. Click “Submit” to submit your files to Relay for review. |

Step 3 |
Refresh the Status Page. It may take 15-20 minutes before your uploaded item is marked as received, so don’t worry if you don’t see a green checkmark immediately.
