Relay deeply values alignment and collaboration with partner schools, organizations, and networks. Principals and supervisors support the Relay model and want all residents to take advantage of Relay’s high-quality preparation, MAT degree, and/or certification/licensure support. Schools align extensively with Relay to ensure residents feel the work at Relay supports their growth, development, and responsibilities at the school level. Relay operates in full partnership with placement schools; as such, there will be consistent, direct, and open two-way communication between schools and Relay faculty.
