Who is the Technology Team?

The Technology Team aims to provide leadership and innovation in information technology planning, implement efficient technology infrastructures, develop and deploy effective information systems, and deliver responsive information technology support services. This team manages Relay’s technology infrastructure and interacts directly with faculty and students (via e-mail, phone, and face-to-face meetings) to address any questions or concerns related to information technology.

If your password is not working, you don't have an Azure account or Canvas isn't on your Azure dashboard, please contact us.

 

Please note that all Canvas-related support is handled by Canvas staff and not by the Relay Technology Team. If you need Canvas support, click on the Help link on the bottom left-hand corner in Canvas for all Help options. Relay Canvas provides 24/7 phone, chat, and e-mail support.
