The US Department of Education (ED) provided clarification about the temporary federal aid pause. The department confirmed that no grants or loans would be paused or delayed. At this time, Relay’s Student Financial Services team continues to review all Direct loan and TEACH grant applications. You can apply for federal loans with Relay here. My Relay Portal: My Profile

The My Profile section includes My Message Center and My Information. This section of the portal serves as a hub for your data and communications. A description of each is below. 

My Message Center

In this section, you will find the following information:

  • Administrative or Financial Aid holds that are currently placed on your account. Please navigate to The Relay Support Center to find additional details on how to resolve any holds placed on your account.  You should also receive an email detailing the hold and next steps.

  • Alerts from Relay advisors or staff that must be acknowledged.

  • Contact hyperlinks to send an email to your advisor. 

You may have a hold on your account if the U.S. Department of Education has flagged your account, e.g loan defaults, verifying citizenships, and/or SSN mismatch. Student Financial Services has reached out with more information regarding the hold and next steps. Please reach out to [email protected] if you have questions.

 

My Information

In this section, you will find the personal information which Relay has on file for you. If any of the details are incorrect or need to be updated, please submit a Student Record Update Form by accessing it under the same My Profile heading in the portal. 

 

My Employment Info

In this section, you will find the employment information which Relay has on file for you. If any of the details are incorrect or need to be updated, please submit a Student Record Update Form by accessing it under the same My Profile heading in the portal.

 

Student Record Update Form

This form is for students and alumni to update their contact details, employment information, personal identifiers, and more. Keeping your information current is vital as it affects your academic, financial, enrollment, and certification records.
