Update Your Information: Has your teaching placement changed? Your address? Please be sure to submit a student update form if any of your information has changed since you applied to Relay. Students can find the form on their status page in the student support tab on the status page. New information may include a new address, updates to your place of employment, or a change to the subject or grade area you are teaching. The My Profile section includes My Message Center and My Information. This section of the portal serves as a hub for your data and communications. A description of each is below. 

My Message Center

In this section, you will find the following information:

  • Administrative or Financial Aid holds that are currently placed on your account. Please navigate to Relay Support > Relay Support Center section of the portal to find additional details on how to resolve any holds placed on your account.  You should also receive an email detailing the hold and next steps.
  • Alerts from Relay advisors or staff that must be acknowledged.
  • Contact hyperlinks to send a message to your advisor. 

You may have a hold on your account if the U.S. Department of Education has flagged your account, e.g loan defaults, verifying citizenships, and/or SSN mismatch. Student Financial Services has reached out with more information regarding the hold and next steps. Please reach out to [email protected] if you have questions. 

My Information

In this section, you will find the personal information which Relay has on file for you. If any of the details are incorrect or need to be updated, please submit a Student Record Update Form by navigating to Relay Support > Student Record Form in the portal.
