Please note, the tuition charges do not reflect pending education awards (Segal AmeriCorps Education Awards, Relay Residency Scholarships, TFA Education Awards, Rales Scholarship/Fellowship, Third-Party Scholarships), external scholarships, or employer coverage which may reduce your tuition responsibility each academic year. Year 1 and Year 2 residents may be eligible for other forms of need-based aid but it is not guaranteed. In addition, students in specific programs may receive tuition support or reimbursement from their school partner. We recommend that you reach out to your school/district’s human resources department to inquire about any tuition support or reimbursement.

In order to receive need-based financial aid from Relay, prospective students MUST fill out the FAFSA during the admissions process. Relay's financial aid will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Need-based aid is open to all eligible students. Students receiving external scholarships or sponsorship are ineligible for need-based aid.

For students beginning in Academic Year 23-24, Relay will commit to awarding need-based aid for eligible Year 1 students enrolled in applicable programs who do not receive the AmeriCorps Education Award and/or Relay Residency Scholarship.  Student Financial Services reviews FAFSA applications on a rolling basis.
