The US Department of Education (ED) provided clarification about the temporary federal aid pause. The department confirmed that no grants or loans would be paused or delayed. At this time, Relay’s Student Financial Services team continues to review all Direct loan and TEACH grant applications. You can apply for federal loans with Relay here. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions.

Introduction

Relay's Support Center is your go-to, searchable source of information about all things Relay.

We recommend starting with the Support Center for all your questions and needs, but you can also always get in touch with any support team at Relay through:

Topic 1: Support Center Overview (5 min)

Relay hosts a Support Center for students to self-serve answers 24 hours a day. When you are logged into your Relay account you may see additional content. If you don't see the answer in the Support Center it also allows you to send a support request directly from the Support Center.

Topic 2: Your Student Advisor (5 min)

All students will be assigned an advisor that will offer office hours to support you with your questions.  If you don't know the name of your advisor please email [email protected] and we will provide you with their name and link to office hours.

Directions: Watch this video about the roles and responsibilities that you and your advisor will hold as you work together throughout your time at Relay.
