This pathway is designed for educators who are already leading their own classrooms. While in this program, you'll receive observation and feedback from Relay faculty, support from a school-based mentor teacher, and coaching to help you prepare for state certification exams.

Program-aligned job titles: Teacher of Record, Lead Teacher, etc.

We encourage you to apply to our non-residency program from any school within the state of Rhode Island as long as you will be a lead teacher or teacher of record in your classroom.
