THE RE-ENROLLMENT/TRANSFER APPLICATION WILL OPEN FOR SUMMER AND FALL 2025 on Tuesday, April 29, 2025.
When a student withdraws, takes a leave of absence, is administratively withdrawn, or is dismissed from Relay for any reason, they must submit a completed Re-enrollment/Transfer application* when they are ready to return. This application is also necessary for students who are looking to transfer locations and/or programs. In general, students should plan to apply two months prior to the start of their selected term.
- *A completed application includes the submission of the re-enrollment/transfer application and the submission of the Program & Instructional Role Form) (not applicable for students applying to a non-degree seeking offering)
Due Dates
The application due dates vary by circumstance. Late applications will be rejected, and students may apply to return for a future term.
