When a student withdraws, takes a leave of absence, is administratively withdrawn, or is dismissed from Relay for any reason, they must submit a completed Reenrollment/Transfer application* when they are ready to return. This application is also necessary for students who are looking to transfer locations and/or programs. In general, students should plan to apply two months prior to the start of their selected term.
*A completed application includes the submission of the reenrollment/transfer application and the submission of the Program & Instructional Role Form (not applicable for students applying to a non-degree seeking offering).
