Financial Aid Offer

If you received your financial aid offer and you are receiving support from either your school or an external scholarship, the contribution will not appear on your financial aid offer. The offer letter will only include Relay-awarded financial aid.

Billing Statement

If you are receiving a partner sponsorship the amount will be reflected on your billing statement on your Nelnet portal as ‘Anticipated Third Party Payment’ after your employer has connected with Relay’s Bursar Office to confirm contribution amounts. Once Relay receives payment from the partner, the student’s Nelnet account will be updated to reflect the change to ‘Third Party Payment - [Partner Name]’.

• Students who do not see an anticipated partner sponsorship on their account can inform their partner to email [email protected] to connect with our Bursar office for next steps. If you need to provide your school with a statement for tuition reimbursement, you can follow the instructions on our support center to view your statement, which will reflect all the activity on your account for every school year that you have attended Relay.

• If you would like to add your school or another third party as an authorized payer to your account, please click here to view instructions.

Please note, students will remain responsible for their out-of-pocket tuition costs until we receive the third-party payment. In the rare case that a third-party contributor backs out of the agreed upon payment, you will be responsible for the uncovered amount due.

Oferta de ayuda financiera

Si recibió su oferta de ayuda financiera y está recibiendo apoyo de su escuela o de una beca externa, la contribución no lo hará aparecer en su oferta de ayuda financiera. La carta de oferta solo incluirá la ayuda financiera otorgada por Relay.

Estado de cuenta

Si usted está recibiendo el patrocinio de un socio, el monto se refleja en su estado de cuenta el tu portal Nelnet como "Pago anticipado de terceros" después de que su empleador se haya conectado con la Oficina de Tesorería de Relay para confirmar los montos de las contribuciones. Una vez que Relay reciba el pago del socio, la cuenta Nelnet del estudiante se actualizará para reflejar el cambio a "Pago de terceros - [Nombre del socio]".
